Frequently asked questions
After you register as a Tumbleweed Travel Partner, you will get access to our travel trade portal. In our portal, you can browse our full list of pre-built trips, create custom quotes for your customers and manage your existing reservations.
Our documents are all ready for the digital age. You can access our campground vouchers and full itinerary documentation via PDF or web app.
Digital documentation will be sent out approximately 7-14 days after the final balance has been paid.
The sooner the better but we recommend making your Tumbleweed reservation at least three months in advance of your rental. High season reservations may require more advanced notice to ensure that the premium campgrounds can be reserved.
The earlier you make your reservation, the more confident we can be of reserving a National Park campground. In some locations, we use campgrounds that are near to the National Park rather than inside it where we deem it to be a better camping experience.
We require a deposit upon making your reservation. This will go towards your total trip price. The final trip payment is due 60 days prior to your departure date. If your departure date is less than 60 days, final payment is due upon receipt.
Your trip deposit is non-refundable. Your remaining trip amount is refundable up to 60 days before your trip departure. Your final payment is not refundable 60 days or less before your trip. We suggest that the customer acquires travel insurance.
